Job description

Assist in precast concrete production, handling, and installation at construction sites. Carry out site layout, measurements, and level checking according to drawings (Surveyor). Supervise and coordinate erection and installation of precast elements (Foreman/Erector). Inspect materials, precast products, and installation quality to meet project standards (Quality Checker). Perform carpentry work including formwork preparation, mold setting, and repairs (Carpenter). Carry out masonry work such as grouting, joint filling, and surface finishing (Mason). Maintain site materials, tools, and store inventory and assist with office documentation (Office Assistant/Storekeeper). Transport workers, equipment, and materials safely using company vehicles (Driver). Follow safety regulations, company policies, and construction standards at all times. Work cooperatively with engineers, supervisors, and team members to complete projects on schedule.

Responsibility

Supervise and perform precast concrete production, installation, and erection activities at site. Conduct site surveying, measurements, and layout according to project drawings. Inspect materials and finished precast elements to ensure quality and safety standards. Assist in carpentry work, formwork preparation, masonry, and structural finishing. Maintain site materials, tools, and store inventory records. Transport workers and materials safely using light/heavy vehicles when required. Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and workers to ensure timely project completion. Follow company safety rules, construction standards, and project specifications.

Qualifications

Basic knowledge or experience in construction, precast concrete, or related field. Ability to follow technical instructions and construction drawings (where required) Relevant work experience in the applied position is preferred. Physically fit and able to work in outdoor construction environments. Good teamwork, discipline, and responsibility. Valid driving license for driver positions. Willingness to work in UAE construction sites and follow company safety regulations.
